What gets checked on every certificate

Limits against your minimums

Each occurrence, aggregate, auto combined single limit, umbrella and employers liability are read per coverage line and compared with the minimums you set per vendor type or project.

Endorsements, not only checkboxes

Additional insured is reported as blanket (for example CG 20 38 or "as required by written contract") or scheduled with the named party, next to waiver of subrogation and primary and non-contributory wording.

Expiry dates per policy

Every policy line keeps its own expiration date. Reminders go out at 60, 30 and 15 days and again after a lapse, to you and, if you choose, to the vendor.

Certificates arrive by upload, in batches of up to 50 files, or through a no-login upload link you send to each vendor. Each one is read into structured fields next to the original page.
